We are now monitoring commercials running in online videos on the web. This includes pre-roll, mid-roll, and end-roll placements. Some of these spots are re-purposed TV commercials, but about 40% are unique to the online space.

The monitoring universe includes 30 high traffic video venues such as Hulu, YouTube, CNN, ESPN, Comedy Central, The New York Times and similar sites.

Creative deliverables include the copies of the commercial and its landing page, banner ads associated with the spot, and a copy of the page the commercial was captured on.

Users may also download Online Video Clearance Reports showing the sites where the ads were observed, observation dates, Video Content Type (i.e. News), and Placement (i.e. Mid-roll). No spending estimates are available at this time.
